Root Canal treatment is required if the pulp of the tooth is infected or damaged and become abscessed. After cleaning and reshaping of the root canal system, a bland and inert root sealer is used to seal the root canal permanently to prevent the invasion of the bacteria again. The dental hygiene visit involves a thorough cleaning of your teeth to remove the build up of harmful plaque and calculus, which are responsible for most of the dental problems. Gentle air polisher is used without surcharge to clean away your stubborn stains. The removal of odour causing bacteria will give you a fresh breath and a healthier smile. The hygienist will also advice you on the best way to clean your teeth and to protect your gum. The hygiene visit is charged on a private basis only.
